1·Praise the LORD, O Jerusalem; praise thy God, O Zion.

耶路撒冷阿，你要颂赞耶和华。锡安哪，你要赞美你的神。

2·Oh, that salvation for Israel would come out of Zion!

但愿以色列的救恩从锡安而出。

3·Say it,Zion,Mount Zion which is where Jerusalem is founded.

大声说，锡安山，也就是耶路撒冷所在地。

4·But chose the tribe of Judah, the mount Zion which he loved.

却拣选犹大支派，他所喜爱的锡安山。

5·Great is the Lord in Zion; he is exalted over all the nations.

耶和华在锡安为大。他超乎万民之上。

6·The Lord reigns forever, your God, o Zion, for all generations.

耶和华要作王，直到永远。锡安哪，你的神要作王，直到万代。

7·Praise be to the Lord from Zion, to him who dwells in Jerusalem.

住在耶路撒冷的耶和华，该从锡安受称颂。

8·In Salem also is his tabernacle, and his dwelling place in Zion.

在撒冷有他的帐幕，在锡安有他的居所。

9·For the Lord has chosen Zion, he has desired it for his dwelling.

因为耶和华拣选了锡安，愿意当作自己的居所。

10·The law will go out from Zion, the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.

因为训诲必出于锡安，耶和华的言语，必出于耶路撒冷。
