1·Photostat copy of the acceptance certificate of the Contract Plant signed by both parties;

3·The balance for 10 % should be payable against Final Acceptance Certificate signed by the End-User within 10days after signature.

4·After acceptance of liquidated damages, the buyer shall sign the Acceptance certificate for the Contract Plant in one (1) original and one (1) duplicate.

在收到卖方赔偿的违约金后，买方应签署合同项目验收证书正本一式一份、 副本一式一份。

5·Licensee shall sign the acceptance certificate upon acceptance of the liquidated damages, while Licensor shall not be released from its guarantee obligations.

被许可方应在收到违约金后签署验收证书，但许可方的保证义务并没有免除。

6·A delivery receipt acceptance certificate or completion certificate that is sufficient to prove the completion of the contracted activity under the preceding item.

签收单、验收单或完工证明，足以证明完成第一款之契约行为者。

7·After the signing of the Plant Acceptance Certificate by the Purchaser, Corporation shall dismantle and pack the Equipment for surface shipment to Purchaser's Facility.

顺利完成这些检测后，买方须在出厂设备验收证上签字，证明业已完成检测，并注明双方认可的，且应由公司在买方同意的期间内校正的缺陷。

8·All data for completion and acceptance of project shall be complete without loss, especially for pile-made data as quality guarantee of materials, acceptance certificate and test report.

对于竣工验收必备的所有资料必须准备齐全，不得遗漏，特别是制桩资料，如各类材料的质保书、出厂合格证与检测报告等。

9·The Acceptance Certificate will not exempt the Seller from the obligation to perform warranty work, and the Seller will remain responsible under the warranty provisions listed in Article 5.

本条款下的验收合格并不免除卖方应对产品的质量承担的担保责任，卖方还应根据本合同第五条的保证条款对卖方负责。

10·C. Party A has obtained the qualified acceptance certificate of the Project and the measured area report of the commercial house, shown original certificate and report to Party B and offered copies;

甲方已经获得项目验收合格准入证以及商品房面积实测技术报告书，并已向乙方出示该等文件的原件及提供复印件；
