1·Objective To seek new activated killer cells, the feasibility of preparing LAK cell from umbilical blood was explored.

2·Methods The changes of portal hemodynamics were measured by using ultrasonic Doppler system in 18 patients with CHB before and after treatment with self LAK cell infusion.

3·Methods: After different doses of WAK were given to mice ig, its effects on delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH), hemolysin production, NK and LAK cell killing activity were observed.

4·The effects of HCC-STF on NK and LAK activities and T cell subsets in 20 patients with HCC were studied in vitro.
