1·Form of lounge Bridges, wind and rain bridge, stone bridge, masonry bridge, wooden bridge, etc.

2·Biaxial eccentric compression masonry members are often used in bridge engineering, yet they are not prescribed in the present specifications for design of highway Bridges and culverts.

3·Based on the analysis of reinforced masonry arch Bridges, several economical and practical approaches for small - span masonry arch bridge reinforcement are discussed.

4·A tapered beam element model is used to simulate the behaviour of a masonry arch bridge with loading.

5·RC-masonry combination arch bridge makes rc arch ribs as former spanning structure and falsework of upper masonry's construction. Finally, reinforced concrete and masonry together form arch ring.

6·With the merits of full use of the materials, saving steel bar and the cement, structure simple, big bearing potential, and costs few, the masonry arch-bridge is widely used in China.
