胰头癌常使胰十二指肠动脉环向右移位，而十二指肠壶腹部肿瘤及胆总管下端肿瘤可将胰十二指肠动脉环向左推移。

4·Solid part are enhanced lightly during arterial phase, the area of cystoid variation and necrosis are no enhanced. 2 cases have non-dilated bile duct of liver inside and outside.

增强后动脉期肿块实性部分轻度增强，囊变坏死区无强化。本组2例均未见肝内外胆管扩张。
