1·Methods EVS, EVL and the combined therapy were performed in 516 cases of liver cirrhosis with endoscopic variceal bleeding (EVB).

方法对516例肝硬化并食管静脉曲张出血(EVB)患者分别采用EVS、EVL治疗及二者联合治疗。

2·CONCLUSION: it is made certain that sandostatin can effectively treat EVB. It is safe in clinical usage with less adverse reaction.

结论：善宁治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血效果确切，临床应用安全，不良反应少。
