1·Objective:To study the other properties of Shigella sonnei with no O antigen.

目的：研究O抗原“缺失”的宋内志贺菌其它生物学性状的变化情况。

目的研究北京市2005～2006年分离的30株宋内氏志贺氏菌进行脉冲常凝胶电泳图谱特征。

3·The lipopolysaccharides(LPS) of P. shigelloides sera-type O17 is identical to that of Shigella sonnei. P. shigelloides strain 7-63-5 belongs to sera-type O17.

类志贺邻单胞菌O17 血清型与宋内氏痢疾志贺氏菌的脂多糖结构一致，类志贺邻单胞菌7-63-5株属于O17血清型。

4·Results One strain of Plesinomonas shigelloides was isolated, which can result in high grade cross agglutination reactions with diagnostic serum of Shigella sonnei.

结果分离到一株与宋内氏志贺氏菌诊断血清发生强凝集的类志贺邻单胞菌。
