1·Results: The positive rate of epileptic discharge was 81. 2% during EEG monitor.

2·Epileptic discharge was not observed in all of the patients with EEG or Long-range EEG.

3·Objective To explore the mechanism of hippocampal neuronal loss induced by epileptic discharge.

4·Results; in conscious state, epileptic discharge was recorded in about 40%of patients with out abnormal.

5·Epileptic discharge, in turn, triggers a second activation of astrocytes that may favour seizure propagation.
