4·Then Haman was terrified before the king and queen.

5·So the king and Haman came to banquet with Esther the queen.

王带着哈曼来赴王后以斯帖的筵席。

6·And the word seemed good to Haman, and he had the gallows made.

哈曼以这话为美，就叫人作了木架。

7·So the king and Haman came to the banquet that Esther had prepared.

于是王带着哈曼赴以斯帖所预备的筵席。

8·So they hanged Haman on the gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai.

于是人将哈曼挂在他为末底改所预备的木架上。

9·And the king and Haman sat down to drink; but the city Shushan was perplexed.

王同哈曼坐下饮酒，书珊城的民却都慌乱。
