4·According to the provisions of the Business Registration Ordinance (Cap 310), application of company should be made within one month of the date of incorporation with the Companies Registry (CR);

根据《商业登记条例》（第310章）的规定，公司的注册申请须在注册成立之日起一个月内与公司注册处（CR）相结合；

5·They have the responsibility to develop and promote their specific sport and are managed by elected officers under either the limited company or registered society ordinance.

6·Although we do not currently provide online access to and correction of personal data held by the Company, we fully comply with the Rights of Access and Correction obligations of the Ordinance.

7·The Company reserves the right to charge you a reasonable fee for complying with a data access request as permitted by the Personal data (Privacy) Ordinance.

按照个人资料(私隐)条例，本公司保留权利就有关的查阅资料要求向阁下收取合理的费用。

8·Records of the Company are under the control of assigned information officers who are responsible to ensure the transfer of or access to information is legitimate and complies with the Ordinance.
