1·The Commodity sold under this Contract shall be discharged at the Discharging Port.

2·Inspection certificates issued by CIQ at the discharging port shall be deemed as final.

5·Vessel will be arriving within as the designated lay days and will be discharged in principal in accordance with the order of arrival at Discharging Port.
