1·Objective To analyze treatment and prognosis of sacrococcygeal endodermal sinus tumor.

目的探讨骶尾部内胚窦瘤的治疗和预后。

2·Result To study patients, 20 immature teratoma (IT), 11 endodermal sinus tumor, 8 dysgerminoma, 6 mixed germ cell tumors.

结果研究对象中，20例为未成熟畸胎瘤，11例为卵黄囊瘤，8例为无性细胞瘤，6例为混合性生殖细胞肿瘤。

3·Conclusions the endodermal sinus tumor of the ovary stands first in the incidence of malignant germ cell tumors of the ovary in China.

结论卵巢内胚窦瘤的发生率在中国各类型卵巢恶性生殖细胞瘤中位居首位。
