in the end / at last / finally

1. in the end 意为“终于”， 可用于预测将来，而finally和at last则不能。

2. at last 意为“最后；终于”， 可以与finally换用，但侧重经过奋斗终于得以完成，常带有浓厚的感情色彩。

3. finally 意为“最后”， 仅指一系列事物或论点的顺序，一般不带感情色彩。
