结论：体外培养的大鼠骨髓基质细胞移植在大鼠骨髓内能够至少存活12周，并在脊髓损伤处发挥一定的修复功能。

7·Results: Among 117 cases, anastomotic stenosis 4 cases (3.4%), lung infection 3 cases (2.7%), the cancer residual of esophageal stomal 2 cases (1.7%), anastomotic leakage 2 cases (1.7%).

结果：117例食管癌患者，术后吻合口狭窄4例(3.4%)，肺部感染3例(2.7%)，食管残端癌残留2例(1.7%)，吻合口瘘2例(1.7%)。
