8·If the person who raised the dispute is still not satisfied with the result of settlement, he may put forward appeal to the Management Committee of ICAS based on 5.3 of this Procedure.

争议提出人对处理结果仍不满意的话，可以依据本程序5.3向英格尔管理委员会提出申诉。

9·This procedure is applied to the party subjecting to certification, related organization, individual or any related parties in connection with the certification service provided by ICAS.

本程序适用于与英格尔认证服务有关的被认证方、及相关的组织、个人或任何相关方。

10·Note: the certificate of ICAS without approval logo obtained according to the approval procedure of ICAS may be directly replaced by a certificate with approval logo after obtaining the approval.

注：对于按英格尔认可程序获得的英格尔认证标志的证书，在获得认可后，可直接换发带有其它认可标志的证书。
