1·The seller shall ship the Contract goods within the time of shipment from the port of shipment to the port of destination.

卖方应在装运期内在装运港装运合同货物运往目的港。

2·The seller, on receipt of a letter of credit, will have to prepare shipment of the contract goods within the delivery date.

卖方，在收到信用证之后，必须在装运期内安排合同项下货物的备好装船。

9·The vessel carrying the Contract goods shall be seaworthy and cargo-worthy and the age of which shall not exceed 15 years without the Buyer's prior written consent.

卖方所租船只应适航和适货，未经买方事先书面同意，其船龄不得超过15年。

10·Goods, also called contract Goods or Contract Equipment means the equipment, parts, device, materials, spare parts, drawings, information and a variety of items.

“货物”又称“合同货物”或“合同设备”指卖方根据合同应提供的设备、零部件、装置、材料、备品备件、专用工器具、图纸、资料和所有各种物品的总称。
