6·The date of airway bill or receipt of post office at the Seller's residence shall be considered as the actual delivery date of the Technical Documentation.

7·The Seller shall inform the Buyer in advance of the denomination, specification, quantity, weight, airway Bill no., value and date of import and export of the above mentioned effects.
