2·Mortgage on a property is a very serious commitment one which you should not enter into lightly.

3·Since this is a partnership between the migrant children, CMC and yourself, we would like to invite you to enter into an agreement for the duration of your commitment.

4·Nothing herein shall be construed as a commitment or obligation on the part of either party to enter into any other agreement with any other party.

5·This Letter of Commitment shall enter into force from the date of signing.
