1·This paper mainly analyses the failure type, wear mechanism and anti-wear materials of the pressing dies for materials choice, design and manufacture of the pressing dies.

2·From the quality analysis of NC machining of pressing dies of the motor vehicle covering parts, it shows that styling of the curved surface and cutter paths creating are two critical techniques.

3·The utility model relates to a die train which is characterized in that the undercarriage is provided at least two layers of dies and each layer of dies are provided a pressing die board.

4·The range of products includes cemented carbide progressive dies, punch dies, cold heading dies, cold forging dies, all kinds of hardware forging dies, and pressing mould for powder metallurgy etc.

5·When working, turntable with 13 sets die drives for rotating clockwise. Dies move up and down along the curve track, and complete pressing movement through the pressure roller.

6·The graphics library of pressing die standard parts is also developed on UG software platform to make the design and assembly of panel dies more efficient.
